2. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and then no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

Our SMS program is compatible with most major US carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Not for Emergencies
This website and our SMS/email communications are not monitored continuously and are not intended for use in a medical or psychiatric emergency. If you or someone you care about is in crisis, call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspen Behavioral Health Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our communications.
